10yIf you are in fact a current employee, we implore you to speak to HR, sales management or Ari about any and all concerns. We have been diligently working over the last few months to strengthen the management team and put the right people in place to provide a nurturing and rewarding experience for all employees. It's not to anyone's benefit to have unsatisfied employees. We're a small company, so there's no way we can succeed unless everyone is happy and on the same page. Any specific advice or policies that you feel could be changed would be extremely welcome; we are listening & take all comments seriously. Please raise your concerns through the proper channels so we can work together towards a solution.
