      Pros

      I over heard some of the upper management discussing a coworkers sexual orientation in the bathroom, while I was in the stall. I haven't said anything yet, but I plan on it. I can't stand people like that.

      Cons

      Clearly people cannot mind their own business. Gay marriage is legal across the USA now and we still have people making fun of others for it! People that I used to look up to, making fun of their peers. I won't stand for it and I hope when I release this information to HR, action is taken promptly.

      Revolving leadership, fractional leadership that have other gigs, constant layoffs and people dissapearing, product team that doesn't have any meaningful releases and falls behind competitors, benefits aren't great, there's ZERO diversity - maybe a handful of women here
