Everyone here is in recovery, from the founder and CEO all the way to admin, so the whole place is built through a recovery lens. It’s fully remote, and you get 4 weeks of PTO because they actually care about preventing burnout. They let me show up as myself 100%, and they really value me as a person. They also value lived experience as the powerful tool it is for bringing hope to others. You have your own caseload, you manage your own schedule, and there’s no micromanaging. The culture is fun, genuine, and authentic, and the work is done the way recovery is actually meant to be done.

The work we do at Accountable is the most meaningful work I've ever done in my life. Sitting with folks in their darkest moments and watching them find their light again is the type of experience so few people get to really see in their lifetime. On top of that, the people who work at Accountable from top/down are the most genuine, kind and open individuals out there. Matt and AJ bring a level of authenticity to the table that encourages the entire team to do the same. It's truly a one-of-a-kind place to work. I cannot recommend it enough.
