Everyone here is in recovery, from the founder and CEO all the way to admin, so the whole place is built through a recovery lens. It’s fully remote, and you get 4 weeks of PTO because they actually care about preventing burnout. They let me show up as myself 100%, and they really value me as a person. They also value lived experience as the powerful tool it is for bringing hope to others. You have your own caseload, you manage your own schedule, and there’s no micromanaging. The culture is fun, genuine, and authentic, and the work is done the way recovery is actually meant to be done.

Truly cares for each employee. Provides supervision and in house training consistently and readily in order to improve staff efficiency and ensure both competence and confidence simultaneously.

It's unfortunate that every company that provides peer services doesn't do it the way this company does it.
