I came home from school for the summer looking for a full time job. I was promised to work “as many hours as I wanted to” in my interview and during my orientation session, which sounded great to a broke college kid. I have worked a total of about 50 hours in 3 weeks. I texted management to get scheduled and have been completely ghosted, and for no reason. I have never broke anything or have had a customer complain about me or the job I was on. Along with this expect long and hard days with no help. This company is very hypocritical when preaching a “family environment” but leaving new hires behind with no direction or communication. Management is very underprepared and underperforming.
