Worker friendly, and flexible shift times. A lot to learn from other workers, and close relationship with the supervisors and the top management.

Nothing, but just great. There is not much to mention negativity.

There's lots of room to improve your career through taking responsibilities and making decisions. Lots of challenging work to do in all departments.

Often things change and then documentation follows, which creates communication and adaptation problems. But this is not something that can not be resolved.
