Pros
- The commute from SF is only 20-30min, unlike the Google MTV locations - Potential for impact is large. YouTube is the second largest search engine and only has a couple of thousand of people within the org. - Very integrated with Google infrastructure. - Internal transfer is easy, once you are on your current team for longer than 12 months
Cons
- Could get a bit political when you're higher up, similar to the rest of Google.
