Pros
The Social vibe on the Floor is great, and many of the Managers are nice.
Cons
The micromanaging by some managers is ridiculous.
Putting Doubt into the Customer to save a policy is disingenuous.
The top policy savers are put in positions of management, but just because someone has great performance, doesn't mean they have leadership qualities.
3 stars across the board, because whilst they try and live up to the 3-star rating, they fall down with the sneaky ways to save a policy.
I never once saw the CEO of the Company... Nathaniel, whatever his name is.
