Very positive work culture. They were always understanding and very flexible, and respected employee's personal needs as whole people. Parents thrive at this organization as they are able to balance their family duties with work. Cohesive team and attention to excellence. They are willing to reimagine the workplace to support their staff as well as the people affected by the org's mission -- students, artists, educators and families.

Wished a workflow management system was in place to keep the whole team updated with what everyone was doing, their workload, their blockers and bandwidth.

Hybrid work schedule; 401(k); FSA; FTO; fun atmosphere; opportunity for fun and authentic engagement; passion for the mission; wants to be progressive and inclusive.

Constant change with the intention of progressing, but generated non-stop chaos. Organizational wide foundation is non existent. Essential functions operating in survival mode. Desperation trumps "values".
