Do Not Work for Winston Young - Professional Young Engineering Employee Review

I worked at Young Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. The starting salary was embarrassing low. Winston young (the owner/president) said there would be annual bonuses and that he would make contributions to my retirement account as part of my compensation. The annual bonuses turned out to be a joke because they were small and not given every year. After years of working for Winston, he never did contribute anything to my retirement account. Winston did not keep his word and pay me what he owed me. Winston was demeaning to me and all the other employees at Young Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. He treated us like dirt. I was a good employee but the working conditions at Young Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. got so bad that I had to find another job. Based on my experience working for Winston Young, I would strongly recommend that you avoid working for Winston or his company. My opinion of Winston Young is that he is a man who does not keep his word and he will screw you over just so he can make a buck.
