Minimum wage - your given just enough deals to get close to breaking draw against commission but never enough to break draw so your working 40-80 hours a week just to be paid minimum wage which is salary and not even hourly. The GM hires enough salesman so that the competition is also too high to break draw, Nissan as a company struggles to sell vehicles too so you’ll almost never break draw.
