Pros
Monday through Friday normal 8 to 5 but hours can vary depending on your position. There are a lot of good-hearted individuals just getting through the work day like you that make it bearable.
Cons
Let us begin: - Pay sucks for the amount of work that is demanded. You see many great people going above and beyond without any recognition whatsoever and then you see people who contribute very little good, receive recognition the one time they do something right. -Customer Service Manager is subpar at best. The company hired someone simply to keep the seat warm with no other expectations. His assistant and department does everything for him. - You can expect to be talked to like a brainless child when you need help from the Boss Lady. - Sink or Swim training is one factor of high turnover rate. Trainer is brand new and doesn't know much about the company or the policies and procedures. *floaties not provided - No change in sight. -Human Resources is BFF with management which should never happen in a real corporate setting. - The company as a whole needs to run like a "big boy" company instead of running like a mom and pop shop that can't seem to get their books in order.
