Bad management Low salaries (10k MXN) Training is not paid. They give you health benefits after 6 months of working. Around 40% of your salary will be paid in cash so they don't have to pay the correct amount of taxes and benefits. They promise you up to 2.5k MXN in bonuses but they don't give them to you unless they FEEL you deserve it even though you did accomplish the requirements. Terrible working hours (8.5 hour shifts) Less than 10 minutes break for an 8 hour shift 30 minutes for lunch without payment. The CEO, Hector Zuñiga, is one the most disrespectful, arrogant, boastful, misogynistic, deceitful and impulsive person you will ever meet.
