Communication across operations teams and clinical teams could be better.

Coworkers in the office are great. Everyone else sucks.

Do not send your child here for therapy. Do not work here as a BT or BCBA. This company only cares about money. Period. They don’t provide quality treatment to your child. They don’t provide proper training or support for the staff. They just care about money. They keep pushing assessments for new clients and we don’t have the staff to provide therapy hours. They have done 2-4+ assessments for offices with less than 5 staff and have NO PLAN to provide therapy hours to meet that client’s recommendation. Also, they are discharging any client that isn’t recommended more than 15 hours of therapy so they can replace them with EI clients and make more money. They are burning out our staff. They didn’t onboard us properly and are playing catch up by sending us constant emails to complete forms (which we complete) and then months later, they will say we didn’t fill them out correctly and threatening to fire us if we don’t turn them in. They are constantly threatening to fire us, but are so unorganized that their deadlines come out of nowhere and they need to threaten us to get forms turned in. Literally, all of the TikTok’s about toxic work environments, bosses, etc. are from this company. Do not work here. They provide no on going training for our staff. They hire based on who’s been at the company longest and our current regional BCBA is the most unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent person. She cannot string together a single sentence. She cannot lead a meeting and has nothing to teach us. They have messed up multiple clients reauthorizations, causing delays of 1-2 months (or longer) with no therapy services. They have billed our families THOUSANDS of dollars, which no one can account for. They literally just care about money and will do anything they can to get as much of us as they can. Also, they have no BCBA’s anymore because they all quit and they only have BCaBA’s who don’t have any supervision support and don’t have any experience in ABA.
