Can be quite flexible with the working days if you tell them in advance. HR person is pleasant and tries her best to make people happy.
Cons
Pharmacist very rude and treates the "lower" staff as if we stupid and 2nd class citizens. His treatment of what he sees as lower staff is absolutely appalling and he seems to be getting away with it. Unless you are a very attractive female. "Lower" staff aren't formally informed of gatherings, Christmas parties, incidents... There no meetings or putting together. You have to find out and navigate and ask to get information.
