Disorganized and chaotic - Anonymous employee YourMechanic Employee Review

Pay is very low. You get stock options, but that's only good if the company does well. Very disorganized. In my time here, I have seen 4 directors in my department come and go in a span of about 1 year. There are a lot of promises, but no follow-through. Favoritism all across the board. People get promoted, but there's no formal review of performance, so the ones who do are obviously hand-picked. Leaders are micromanagers but are not getting anything done, these people just don't know how to prioritize. Very LOW morale, people are unhappy and are just here for the paycheck. Bad attitude all around. People are sneaky and they retaliate. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Take care of your people and don't play favorites. Manager should follow through and not just give false promises. Don't be a scatterbrain.
