YourOwnROOM has a strong and experienceed leadership team focused on growth. I joined as a fresher having no knowledge of how things work in the industry. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about how things work in corporates, how technology can be used for solving problems, jobs and responsibilities of every stakeholders in the organisation. Working with the team helped me grow as a better professional. I am really obliged to the team for giving me an opportunity to work with them. Unlike other companies the team kept their trust on me even when I didn't had a valid degree to do the job. Will highly recommend individuals looking to go and achieve the extra mile in their career. Definitely an career booster for me.

Being a startup the pay of the employees are a bit on the lower side, but I am sure this will be sorted once the company raises some good investment.
