Pros
The role itself is creative and engaging.
Cons
There is little to no structured onboarding or training, and expectations are high from the outset without clear guidance. When support is requested, it is not always provided.
If you make even a small mistake, you may be called into a meeting with multiple leads at once. These conversations often feel more like being told off rather than constructive, which creates anxiety and discourages open communication.
Leadership within the team did not feel confident or aligned. There was a lack of clarity in direction, and decision-making, they also don’t check in on how you’re doing and focused on their own brands, which felt strange as “managers”.
At times, it seemed like management operated under pressure from senior leadership, which contributed to a tense and uncomfortable team atmosphere.
The overall environment felt awkward and strained. Mistakes were amplified rather than treated as learning opportunities, and negativity within the team impacted morale.
If I could give anyone advice to applying for a job here, I would say don’t. A lot of the people there are unhappy because of senior leadership, this place is not good for your confidence and will affect your mental wellbeing.
