Pros
You get to work with children who have faced tough times and you get to develop mentorship relationships to where they trust your advice and you might actually make a difference. You get plenty opportunity for overtime and your checks end up being 1.5 times as large as normal!!!
Cons
The work culture was terrible--supervisors play favorites, everyone sleeps with each other, employees sleep on the job! You are expected to work so many hours and to pick up for your slacking coworkers. Working so many hours is exhausting.
