This company is a ticking time bomb. They care more about money than the youth they are trying to help. The new martinsville location follows zero food safety regulations, even though you are required to obtain your food handling license. This is essential to cover YSS and point the finger at you for any violations. The staff there are required to be a maid service, cook, taxi driver, guard, and staff all at once for very little pay. The case manager will do everything in her power to cover herself no matter the situation. This company is horrendous. They couldn't care less about the kids that end up here. The staff are extremely petty and love to gossip about anyone who isn't in the room. I wouldn't work here again if I were paid double. I feel bad for the clients that remain. I hope they are all doing well.
