Yrals was my first internship ever, I have since went on to intern and work full time at other companies including one of the BIG 4, I point I making is that I now finally understand what happened there with me. The owner of the company, Mr Bir is a wannabe tech entrepreneur having zero understanding of how to manage the talented people they do get because of their collaboration with a great university. A wannabe who watches enough TV which includes popular culture depicting tech life and tries so hard to get rich quickly by hitting a jackpot with funding. Obsessed with tech jargons, the person has no real understanding oh how actual value is created with tech and probably thinks that everyone is running a scam just like him. Copyright violations, cooking financials, you name it, the guy has that dirt on him. I feel morally obliged in writing this review to warn you of all the things that can happen with you working for him for essentially nothing but a very bad experience.
