Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you have made some lasting friends at Yu Energy and we agree with you that there are some brilliant people here. We also wanted to respond to some of the other points in your review. As an agile, fast-paced and fast growing business, things are constantly changing. We’ve nearly trebled our revenue over the past year and now employ a team of over 120 people. In the last 12 months we have created over 60 new jobs. To achieve all of this requires a great input from a wide range of people across all areas of the business, supported by a hands-on approach from the whole senior leadership team. We have a diverse workforce from a wide range of faiths and we take pride in being an equal opportunities employer. As part of this we have a wellbeing area which is regularly used by people of many different faiths. As many companies do, we have a business dress code which we expect our colleagues to abide by and our modern air-conditioned offices provide a comfortable working environment for all. We continue to invest in our employee benefits such as company pension contributions and annual salary reviews to ensure that we offer a competitive reward package for our colleagues. The views of our colleagues are important to us and we run regular employee engagement surveys. Our most recent survey indicated that over 80% of our colleagues are happy at Yu Energy.
