I mostly work on backend integrations and over time I moved from handling small fixes to owing complete modules. Nobody micromanages here, but seniors help when needed. You learn to figure things out on your own which builds confidence slowly. The growth feels personal, not something handed to you.
Cons
Initial phase is tough, you need patience to survive and learn. If you are passive, no one will push you much. You have to take initiative.
