Pros
Flexible schedule, bonuses at the time. Friendly people to work with. Started as in intern while going to college, and was brought on full-time.
Cons
The culture really changed over the seven years I worked there. There were a lot of layoffs, and jobs were outsourced to India (and later most were brought back to in-house). Sad, because it was an amazing place to work prior to that.
