      Pros

      Yum has always had a great corporate culture and work/life balance. Good benefits, can honestly say I've never had a bad boss.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring (layoffs) and offshoring last 18 months, overall employee moral recently has been horrible.

      Pros

      The people are great! Half day Fridays and random days off throughout the year.

      Cons

      C suite has changed and made the organization awful. Culture is dead, everyone is unhappy. Pay increases get smaller every year and Louisville campus is treated differently than others. Future threat of relocation to TX.
