Great company to work for!

Low base salaries compared to all comparable brands

Honestly pretty decent company, great benefits.

Couldn't really stand behind the product anymore. Each new collection felt like the last and the one before that. Quality of products were questionable and it became hard to stand by the product itself. We were really leaning into the heritage to sell the products. Sales were also more focused on new client acquisition rather than client retention. But also, how are you supposed to retain existing customers if each new collection is so similar to the last?
