Pros
Z Modular Birmingham is a great place to work, some may not think so due to how management interacts with employees. But the management are simply keeping us safe from work force incidents. This is a steel construction facility that could be dangerous if you are careless in your work ethic. Z Modular provides all the safety equipment needed to be safe. I have been here going on 4.5 years and I love my job, and yes I like everyone had rough days. But i can honestly say that I have learn much knowledge while being here.
Cons
Z Modular like any other company has its issues but nothing more that any other company. (Even if you work for yourself, your company will have issues as well) So with this being said, If you have good work ethics then Z Modular will be a great job.
