This is not a paid review! I began my career at Z21 as a performance marketer with absolutely no knowledge of marketing. The guidance I received—from my boss to my colleagues—has been one of the best aspects of the working culture I have ever experienced. Everyone is very open to questions and provides direction on how to find answers. Of course, if you prefer to be spoon-fed information, you might find it a bit challenging. Nonetheless, I owe a lot of my growth to Z21. The working culture here is young and dynamic, especially since it’s a remote company! The compensation is among the highest for fresh graduates in this industry, and we have appraisal reviews every six months. The flexible working hours have greatly helped me manage my time effectively and stay disciplined in completing my tasks. You’ll be exposed to the fast-paced e-commerce industry and will learn everything quickly!

Downsides is a very subjective question. I would say if you're not open to changes or adapt fast enough, you might be leaving behind. In e-commerce, a fast-paced industry, you need to have continuous improvement.
