ZAIS Group is a fairly small company that recently went public. It's a friendly and intelligent group of people, with generous benefits and vacations. ZAIS is headquartered in Red Bank, a vibrant small town on the New Jersey shore.

For those unwilling or unable to relocate, Red Bank could be a commute from the NYC area. However, it is a nice place to live. Compensation lacks transparency.
