Pros
- exciting brand - knowledgeable, experienced owner - CEO spends time teaching and guiding team - beautiful work place - I left due to a job offer with a little more pay but now regret that decision. ZALA offered me more in the long term.
Cons
- You can’t have an off week. It does not go unnoticed. - High expectations from management - although I found the owners really great, some of their management team miss the mark.
