Provides food and transport. But that policy is changing as well from January 2023. So there won't be pros from now on.
Cons
WORST company I've ever worked in. You'll be harassed brutally by almost everyone out there. CEO is a narcissist who thinks he owns the world and treats you however he like. There is no job and personal security, girls will feel like a lamb surrounded by wolves. They will forever treat you like garbage.
