Leadership sucks - Anonymous employee ZERO Cognitive Systems Employee Review

Uninspiring, unkind leadership, talk down to employees, unable to give clear actionable feedback, poor communication and un-reasonable expectations. Work culture sucks, teams work in their silos, do not share information, throw other teams under the bus. But I guess it's not their fault, culture comes from the top and the top level is consistently toxic.
