1. Most of Managers are from Service based Company and they try to make work environment as service based. Manager has no clue about the technical details of the project. 2. No/less onsite opportunities 3. Work will be divided into pieces and Engineer has no idea about the product 4. More working hours ( 9.5 hrs) 5. Engineers has no idea about their project roadmap and associated career path with it 6. less transparency 7. Less Pay and Normalization is not present in organization
