      Full of experienced people, many different technologies and locations

      Cons

      Huge company with long communication lines, different experience in a small factory or in the HQ, less flexibility, very old-fashioned and formal atmosphere

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
