      -Holiday on weekends -You can get in contact with internal and external customers -Possible career chances

      Cons

      -HR Germany is not doing employee satisfaction survey in Izmir/Turkey plant like they do in Germany and India (or other locations) -Autocratical top management in Izmir/Turkey, no corporateness -Bossism -You are an ignored employee in Izmir plant and it leads to decreased motivation -No overtime pay, low salary already

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
