      One of the best parts of working here is the 4:1 schedule. The rhythm of four days on and one day off has been a game‑changer for my work–life balance. It keeps the workload manageable and gives you a consistent break to reset. I feel more energized and focused because I’m never running on empty. The company genuinely seems to understand how sustainable schedules improve morale and productivity.

      Cons

      It can take a little time to get used to the rotation, especially if you're coming from a traditional 5‑day schedule, but once you settle in it becomes a major perk.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.
