      Complex and challenging projects, global multi-cultural aspects, excellent co-workers, ability professional freedom to build you own agenda and method to deliver success

      Cons

      Outdated project management methods, politics plays major factor, sometimes vague position and authority assigned to project managers. Work outside office (from home) does not count for work hours

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
