It's a company that give a possibility of progress for employee, it was my first job on foreign trade company, and I was an intern, now I work as a Sales account executive and already had the chance to work on two other areas as a pricing and also inside sales, this kind of progression is very positive to the company and motivate each employee, since you have a sense on belong and also a perspective of future inside the company. ZIM recognize good employee's with a certificate of appreciation that is very good on the motivation to persecute results driven on daily basis. As a company ZIM expect the results from each employee, and there is a pressure, but not abusive. If you need to contact some interest person on ZIM from other country or area you can do it easily by phone, email or Microsoft team so you don't find a wall when you need a support for other ZIM office. On sustainability as ZIM locally we support a cancer institute located in Santos, where we made a competition between ZIM offices/employees an also with customers and other carriers that who most donate win a trophy of good Samaritan, this positive competition already happen by three years, and it's a great and positive way we can promote sustainability locally.
Cons
ZIM need to implement a carrer plan for all offices and each employee this will bring more benefits for the employees and also for ZIM as a company. Improve the training programs between offices and also for departments, promote a sales training or an operational training program to develop OOG/Project and B/B cargo.
