      - Strong company with a solid market strategy. - Friendly internal environment. - Continuous improvement culture.

      Cons

      - Recently changed the home-office policy, returning 4 days a week in the office, what dramatically impacted the work-life balance for the employees. - Do not have clear compensation and benefits police. Performance bonus for example, is a black box with that nobody can have a clear comprehension of the rules.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
