Pros
I love to do what I am doing at ZIM. The job is very interesting, full of challenges and very diverse. Every project is different, and it keeps me triggered and intrigued all the time for already 5 years.
In addition, in some projects I get to travel the world and train users from all over, I get to see other countries and cultures.
All that couldn't have been possible if not for the great team and team environment that we have. We have a lot of work and everyone is giving their best for the success of the team and the company but nobody is rushing or pressing us, so we can work at our own pace, as long as the job is done and it is very important for me. In the future, I see myself retiring at ZIM.
Cons
Working only 1 day from home while most companies are letting their workers to work 2 and 3 times a week from home is a bit frustrating considering the work from home is done at the same efficiency it is done from the office.
