      Great people to work for they truly care about the patients they serve and will go out of there way to help individuals find hope and healing. They are very flexible with staff and offer good training. They expect professionalism and ensure confidentiality is the main priority.

      Cons

      The paperwork can at times be overwhelming but if organized very manageable.
