Cons
Occasional frustrations with Medicare/Medicaid and Insurance rules and guidelines. It is fast paced and can be hard to take a break but gets better with understanding and resource management. The explosive growth of the company has come with rapid change and it has not always been smooth. The planned expansion growth is over as of April 2016 (1st Month of new fiscal year) and things will continue to improve.
