Management could benefit from stronger leadership training. The culture often prioritizes long hours over efficiency, with an unwritten expectation of daily overtime—and unfortunately, that additional effort rarely feels acknowledged or appreciated. The company culture is highly hierarchical, and mid-level professionals often feel overlooked. Employees can easily feel like they’re viewed as numbers rather than individuals whose contributions matter. There is very little room for independent decision-making. The culture can feel overly controlling, with micromanagement extending to even minor tasks like email communication.
