Nice building, fellow employees are friendly and knowledgeable, certain managers are easy to work with, free parking lot and valet
Cons
Very punitive management style from the top down. Expect to be micromanaged constantly and to be chained to the phones with little break time. No holidays or overtime for working holidays-- you must use PTO and put in months in advance to get a holiday off. Very little to almost non-existent opportunity for advancement (lots of lateral moves). Very clique-like mentality-- only physically attractive, heteronormative, primarily white employees are given opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow in their role. Managers hand pick people they like to apply for roles and get promoted-- the bias and favoritism is very noticeable. Departments goals don't align with other departments-- causes unneeded conflicts between different roles. Pay is on the low end for the amount of work involved in the role-- employees expected to go above and beyond and take on extra work with little incentive.
