Pros
Flexibility with work/home life Unlimited training/ training is encouraged PTO is nice after putting in time with company. No micromanaging.
Cons
Poor management Toxic environment Back stabbing Poor pay HR is laughable. Can't go to them for anything. Favoritism. They are notorious for making employees do work way above your title and pay. They dangle the carrot but never make good on promises until you threaten to leave. They will literally push you to the max until you either break down and leave or put in 2 week notice and then they pull that promotion they have been promising for two years out of their back pocket to suck you back in.
