Pretty easy hiring process and also decent starting pay for a job you don’t need much experience or education for
Cons
Very micro-managed. Management isn’t too aware/familiar with their own processes. Management says they are there to help but getting help takes months at times. Takes quite a bit of time to acquire any equipment or other items you may need to do your job well. Not much freedom to work in a way that works best for you.
