Your PTO is also your “sick time.” You better not have doctor’s appointments or a medical condition because you’re only getting 1.5 days of PTO a month. You’re not allowed to take any unpaid time. They don’t accept medical doctor notes for missing either. Be prepared to sacrifice your health for this job. Also they won’t tell you the policies for anything in full until you break the policy. It takes a lot of detective work to stay ahead here. Most new people don’t last more than a year there because of these kinda things.
