      Look good on CV. THERE'S VERY LITTLE ELSE.

      Cons

      Overload of work, not being recognised for achievements, big boys club, being sacked when you've done nothing but be under payed, overworked and under appreciated. DO NOT WORK FOR BAUER MEDIA.

      Pros

      - lots of experience - build my portfolio - freedom to write creatively - friendly work environment (though very casual)

      Cons

      - difficult bosses - confusing work tasks - lack of feedback - no structure to work days, insane hours & no consistency or planning. - no real insight into how a magazine is run

      - Great studio environment - Possibility to work on remarkable & interesting issues - Top quality assets to work with (software & content wise)

      Cons

      - Really tight schedules, doesn't need to be a bad thing but you better be used to fast timings.
