Pros

- I could not have possibly been given more support in my transition to this career by the team here. It was a scary decision to make after a decade-plus in my former profession, but the training, encouragement, and enablement has been integral in making it a smnooth and successful transition. - The culture here really brings out the best in me and the people around me. Being surrounded by colleagues who want to be successful and see our company grow creates an amazing synergy. We work towards a common goal together, and that goes such a long way.

Cons

- I wouldn't say that this is a con, but my position within the company is unique and new. Naturally, that comes with some growing pains as we work together to figure out the best way to find pathways to success for me and for the company. However, it is a constant and consistent effort from all parties involved as we work toward something greater.

Pros

Supportive leadership, terrific culture, room to grow without immense pressure to be perfect out of the gate

Cons

Not really a con, but it can be a tough (but attainable) learning curve when you're new to the industry, which I was when I began. Nonetheless, I was impressed with the onboarding and follow-up from the Enablement team and our leadership as I grew into the role.

Pros

For a staffing firm, it's top notch and where you want to be if you thrive under pressure and in high metrics/KPI environments. Great culture, incredible people to work with, great opportunity to grind and make money if that's what you enjoy.

Cons

It's still staffing. The three meetings a day to discuss updates is out dated and contributes to very poor work life balance, particularly the 8 am meetings, especially for employees with children. Being in staffing, it can feel like a typical corporate pressure chamber, The comparison to other Recruiters or AM's and pressure to meet these metrics can become incredibly stressful and negatively impact your mental health and make you feel like you can't enjoy your time off or time outside of work. In typical sales or staffing nature, you are completely reliant on your commission as part of your salary. No one would be able to survive off of the base salaries alone, so if something happens out of your control and you lose several placements, you may find yourself in a position where you can't pay your mortgage/childcare/typical monthly expenses.
