      Pros

      - Genuine opportunities for development/growth - Fun environment with regular social events - Relaxed adult workspace (lots of trust/respect) - Great work/life balance (working hours typically Mon-Friday 9:30-18:00) - Very supportive management/directorship - Lots of little regular treats like free coffee, sweets, fruit, etc.

      Cons

      - Head office is easy to drive to with free parking on site but nearby roads are busy without cycle lanes so not ideal for cycling to from the town centre.
